The 10X Difference
We Speak EOS®
We don't just serve companies that run on EOS — we run on it ourselves. Same Scorecards, same Rocks, same Level 10 rhythm. Your accountant finally speaks your language.
From the Founder
It Started With an Audiobook
I'm a heavy Audible user — it's where I do most of my reading. One day the queue served up The E-Myth Revisited by Michael Gerber, and it hit close to home: most owners don't build a business, they build a job — and the only way out is working on the business with real systems, not just in it.
That sent me searching for the "how." The search ended at Traction by Gino Wickman. I didn't just listen to it — I listened to it seven times. Then I went through the rest of the EOS library. Somewhere around the third listen, it stopped being a book and became a decision: this is how we will run the firm.
So we implemented EOS at The 10X Accountant — the Scorecards, the Rocks, the Level 10 Meetings, the quarterly rhythm. Not as a client gimmick, but because it works. The discipline you feel in our service — answers on time, numbers on time, no surprises — is EOS doing its job behind the scenes.

What "EOS-Aligned Accounting" Actually Means
If your company runs on EOS, your finance function should feed it — not fight it. Here's what that looks like in practice:
Scorecard-Ready Numbers
Your weekly Scorecard needs 5–15 measurables that are actually current. We build and feed them — cash position, AR aging, gross margin, revenue pace — so your Level 10 Meeting runs on real data, not last month’s guess.
Rocks With Financial Teeth
Quarterly Rocks tied to the numbers: a margin target, a collections push, a pricing change. We model the impact before you commit and report progress weekly, so Rocks stay measurable instead of becoming wishes.
L10-Ready Reporting
Financial packages formatted for how EOS companies actually meet: headline measurables up front, issues flagged for the IDS list, detail in the appendix. Your finance segment takes five minutes, not forty.
Quarterly & Annual Planning Support
Real budgets and forecasts for your annual planning and quarterly sessions — including the 1-Year Plan numbers and the financial reality-check on your 3-Year Picture.
Not Running on EOS? That's Fine Too.
You don't need to run EOS to work with us. The benefit shows up either way: a firm that manages itself with weekly scorecards and quarterly goals delivers more consistently than one that doesn't — that's the whole point of the Triple Zero Promise.
And if you're EOS-curious, we're happy to share what implementation actually looked like for us — the honest version, including what was hard — and point you toward finding a Professional EOS Implementer™. To be clear: we are accountants, not EOS Implementers. But when you bring one in, we work alongside them naturally — your Implementer runs the sessions, and we make sure the Scorecard and the numbers behind your Rocks are ready for them.
