EOS®-Compatible Reporting · Triple ISO Certified · 10X Systems Inc
The Accounting Franchise Built on Systems
10X Systems Inc offers a franchise system for accounting and finance professionals who want to build a modern practice — with documented operating systems designed for replication, a managed support team, and reporting structured for business owners who want to act on their numbers.
Request the FDDThis page is a general description of the franchise opportunity. A franchise offering can be made only through a Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) delivered in compliance with the FTC Franchise Rule.
The Three Pillars
Documented Systems
Documented operating systems designed for replication — pricing frameworks, onboarding, reporting cadences, and back-office process, so a new office runs the 10X way from day one.
EOS®-Compatible
Financial reporting structured for EOS®-run companies — Scorecards and reporting compatible with the Entrepreneurial Operating System® methodology.
Triple ISO Certified
Enterprise-grade quality, information security, and business continuity — certified to ISO 9001:2015, 27001:2022, and 22301:2019.
The Franchise Value Proposition
What you get when you open a 10X franchise
This isn't a founder's playbook-in-progress. You inherit documented operating systems, a managed support option, and a brand standard that took years to build.
01
Documented Operating Systems
You inherit a documented operating rhythm — pricing, onboarding, reconciliation and reporting workflows — plus a training program designed to get new franchisees to competence efficiently.
Curriculum, hours, and scope discussed in FDD Item 11.
02
Managed Support Team
Optional access to a pre-vetted team of bookkeeping and accounting professionals, managed and quality-controlled through our systems. Billed separately; hourly rates and terms disclosed in FDD Item 6.
Optional feature. Franchisees may also hire local staff.
03
A Proven Brand Standard
Every 10X office runs on the same Integrated Management System — Triple ISO Certified, EOS-aligned, and governed by the Triple Zero Promise. You open with a standard already built, not a blank page.
The same delivery standard at every 10X Accountant location.
EOS®-Compatible Reporting
Financial reporting structured for EOS®-run companies
Many business owners run their companies on the Entrepreneurial Operating System® methodology. 10X franchises deliver financial reporting and Scorecards that work alongside the EOS® framework — so EOS-run clients receive data in a format aligned with how they already operate.
Note: EOS®, Entrepreneurial Operating System®, Rocks™, Level 10 Meeting™, and related marks are registered trademarks of EOS Worldwide, LLC. 10X Systems Inc references the EOS® methodology descriptively to identify the framework our reporting is compatible with. 10X Systems Inc is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a licensee of EOS Worldwide, LLC unless expressly stated in writing.
How We Operate
ISO-based and EOS-run — built to scale
A franchise system is only as replicable as its operating discipline. 10X runs on two complementary layers: Triple ISO certification for enterprise quality, information security, and business continuity — and the Entrepreneurial Operating System® (EOS®) for how the team plans, prioritizes, and executes. Standards govern how work is done; EOS governs how the business is run.
Triple ISO Certified — the standards layer
ISO 9001:2015
Quality Management
Documented workflows, process controls, and a continuous-improvement rhythm so every franchise office delivers consistent quality.
ISO 27001:2022
Information Security
Controls governing how client data is handled, how teams access systems, and how financial information is stored and transmitted.
ISO 22301:2019
Business Continuity
Continuity planning so franchise operations, support, and client deliverables continue through disruptions or outages.

EOS-Run — the execution layer
The firm itself runs on the Entrepreneurial Operating System® — clear vision, weekly Scorecards and Level 10 Meetings™, quarterly Rocks, and a disciplined issues-solving rhythm. It's the same operating discipline we bring to client reporting, and it's what keeps a growing network of offices accountable and aligned.
